Middle-aged people get good salaries for their work, peace and quiet everywhere. No one is experimenting on people, fewer diseases. Better quality of life and health. This is the period I would like to live in.

I would like to see an improvement in the work/life balance for everyone. This would mean a 4 day week on full pay, flexible working hours, the option to work fully remotely, and the popularisation of unions and workers rights.
