There are enough doctors and hospitals to treat everyone! Medicine is much more advanced and has found vaccinations against cancer and other common diseases. The traffic volume has decreased, much more public transport is being used because the road and rail networks have been expanded! The politicians do not fill their own pockets, pay into the pension funds and finally do something for the people!!!!
