Europe of the future - 2050
I wake up in the morning, and the sun's rays penetrate through the window await me. There is silence outside, interrupted only by bird songs. I turned on my smart mirror, and it shows news about the latest developments in the world - all related to sustainable development and the integration of technology into people's daily lives.
After breakfast, I go to work. The city is no longer congested, as most people move with autonomous electric vehicles. There are no exhaust gases in the air, and the city parks are full of greenery and flowers.
My work is related to artificial intelligence. I am part of a team that develops new medical solutions. We are working to enable faster and more accurate diagnosis of diseases with the help of AI, as well as to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
After work, I meet with friends. We go to one of the city's many restaurants, where food is prepared from local and seasonal products. After dinner, we go to a concert with musicians from all over Europe.
The day has been filled with events, but I feel happy and pleased. I live in a Europe focused on sustainable development, technology and human well-being. I hope that in the future Europe will become an even better place to live.

Without social aid money and worm living space there is no incentive to move to Europe. Declining population and real nature protection, with small local energy production from wind, solar, hydro and biogas from waste, cities are declining and rural population is growing. Cities did not have enough place to produce enough energy and so people started to move to smaller towns.The environment is gradually recovering from the damages caused to it by the green turn, food is healthier and produced 90% locally. World wide transportation is so expensive that only very rich can allow to eat bananas and drink coffee.

My future is in freedom. We will be able to enjoy again a campfire under the stars, next to a river with crystal clear water, without artificial clouds in the sky and under a tent where besides the sound of water we will be able to listen to the richness of the forest with its variety of sounds, a woodpecker, a blackbird, the wind sliding through the leaves... And when we wake up and go outside the day will be beautiful, with a warm early morning sun and the vultures will fly over our heads and all that I will see from the hand of my granddaughter. The world will return to the original sanity where what was important was what was important.

For my future in 2040, I would only wish that we as a global community have still managed to curb global warming and slow down climate change. I hope that we have still managed to avert a third world war and that the USA has not slipped into fascism. I wish for more social and gender justice and tolerance and humanism in general.
