In 2040, many of the most innovative breakthroughs being developed to contribute to sustainability, productivity and quality of life involve the synergistic combination of knowledge related to biology, science and technology. One of the biggest breakthroughs that has been achieved is Bioelectromagnetic Design – the customised design of the electromagnetic characteristics of environments and technologies to enhance wellbeing and biological functioning.

Crime is non-existent because everyone has gone there so the prisons are full: The population within Europe is mentally stable, everyone gets help before something terrible happens. No more wife beaters, school shootings, suicides. That study results and student satisfaction are high but at the same time that blue collar jobs and other care professions are highly valued so that we do not have a society filled with engineers, etc. That researchers have managed to solve the problem of pain, cancer, menopause, osteoarthritis, etc.
