Remote working for everyone who wants more control, better lives, being efficient, have more energy, saving on commutes, more time to rest/sleep, and less drama, offices can be demolished and the area used for other creative matters.

My country lacks progressive and innovations. Providing better working conditions, allowing and providing various opportunities, would attract new talents and retain the current ones. It is a missed opportunity for every country who fails to provide alternative methods of performing work services. If more options are provided, more people decide and choose to live in that country that provide so. It is a boost to every country economic growth.

Remote working is the prime factor in my future with whom I decide to work with. My country provides such conditions to workers with young family. So unprogressive and out dated. Remote working gets the work still done with less expense for the company and better conditions to the employees
