I see a lot of opportunities for the future. When we think upside down, we can solve more issues than we think. When we work with new and bright ideas and innovations and address issues differently a lot of things can happen.
Ecoducts for humans instead of animals. Airplanes that suck electricity from the sky. People are not allowed to kill animals, only the weak once, like how it works in nature. Abandon plastic, and work with alternatives. Reward people instead of punishing them. Send love, also to insects.

Importance of balanced life
I see myself in a small village in Slovenia. Having just finished building our house. The kids are running in the garden and having fun. My partner and I are enjoying small perks and moments. Everybody is healthy and sound. We often travel. I leave corporate job and open small homeowned bakery and pastery. The place is super cute, tiny and cozy. With right marketing and quality it becomes huge hit and success. We stop dedicating iur lifes to jobs which does not appreciate us and change us in seconds. Instead we find a way to finance life with our passions and doing it together with the family, cause no job is more important than missing time with your loved ones.
“A Future Where Work Gives Life Meaning”
The Future of Work in 2040
In 2040, work is no longer about survival—it’s about purpose. The old 9-to-5 grind is a thing of the past. Technology and artificial intelligence have automated most repetitive tasks, allowing people to focus on creativity, problem-solving, and personal growth. Universal basic income ensures that no one has to work just to afford food or shelter. Instead, people choose careers based on passion, not necessity.
Education has adapted to this new reality. Schools no longer rely on standardized tests but focus on teaching critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. Students learn at their own pace, assisted by AI tutors who personalize lessons to fit their strengths and interests. Lifelong learning is the norm, and switching careers is easy and encouraged.
Mental health is a priority. With flexible work schedules, people have more time for family, hobbies, and self-care. Workspaces are designed for collaboration and well-being, blending nature, technology, and human connection. Stress and burnout are rare because society values balance over profit.
This is the world I hope for—a world where work is meaningful, education is personal, and success is measured by happiness, not just productivity.
