July 14, 2040, the United States of Europe celebrates its 10th anniversary. For this anniversary, the rotating capital for one year will be Kiev, a fitting symbol for the Ukraine, which joined the United Europe 10 years ago following the "accidental" death of Russian President Putin and the subsequent election of Alexei Navalny's wife as president.
