Una città deve essere sicura. Per essere sicura deve essere senza migranti e senza delinquenti.
Per fare questo occorrono pene certe.
Chi ruba a Milano e a Roma nella metro e sui mezzi pubblici dovrebbe essere arrestato e condannato.
Solo così si può combattere la microcriminalità.
Il futuro che ho descritto fa riferimento alla sicurezza e alla vivibilità delle città.
Io abito a Torino e anche la città di Torino inizia a essere poco sicura in molte zone.
