Le soleil se lève sur la ville flottante de NeoAtlantis, un chef-d’œuvre d’ingénierie écologique conçu après la montée des eaux des années 2030. Les rues, autrefois encombrées de voitures, sont désormais des promenades végétalisées où seuls les vélos et les capsules solaires autonomes circulent. Grâce aux avancées technologiques, chacun travaille moins, laissant plus de temps à l’éducation, à l’art et à la solidarité.
