A day in Europe in 2050

The sun rises over the floating city of NeoAtlantis, an ecological engineering masterpiece designed after the rising waters of the 2030s. Fair wages would ensure that no profession is undervalued, especially in the care and health sectors. A hybrid model of work would allow for more flexibility for people to choose between working from home and working in the office. Companies would also pay more attention to the psychological well-being of employees, offer psychological support and prevent burnout syndrome. In such a future, work would not only be a necessity, but also a meaningful part of life.
