The year is 2040. There are several billion people in the world, because a cure for longevity has been found. But you can travel to space, you can actually live there, and you can even choose a planet. Mars has people who like rocky "seas", Pluto has people who like fresh water and 100% oxygen. Scientists and doctors are going to Jupiter and trying to find a cure for cancer( it still hasn't been found yet, but it's well on its way). Well, those who like life on Earth stayed here.
Cars are no longer just racing on the roads, but even in the sky, competing with planes and shuttles. Tourism is booming. Everybody wants to go to space.

The future would be colourful and varied, with respect, empathy and communication being the main themes in society. The environment would not be filled with competition, beauty and perfection, but with the individuality of the individual. There would be a shift from materialism to minimalism, people would be accepted as they are. Society would want to address the ecological crisis head-on.
