I think that Europe should solve the issue of European and global security by 2040.
1. The procedure for the election (appointment) of key officials needs to be radically reformed so that officials are not afraid to be unelected (unappointed) because they have made the right but unpopular decisions.
2. Relations with non-European countries should be based on their level of democratic development. (A gambler who does not respect the rules always has an advantage over those who do respect the rules).
3. It is necessary to abolish the right of vetto in decision-making for the countries of the European Union and to provide for a simplified exclusion of countries from the Union.
4.The European Union should be a federal state, where foreign policy, military and other important issues are decided at the level of the Union, and at the level of the other federal states.
