In 2040, we are paying much more attention to environmental and climate issues. We are also feeling the changes on our own skin - we are not able to cool our homes and workplaces to comfortable temperatures because we do not have enough electricity to do so. We work much less than we do today. 5x8h / week is a thing of the past, now we work 3 days a week, we have more time for self-development, volunteering, taking care of the neighborhood. We are facing great migratory pressure. Further we don't know what to do about it. Every country has its own idea about it.
