Future word literally with better schools, children better promote / support until consolidated.In my opinion, you can build on a crumbling school education nothing solid.Professionals do not pay too much differently, because somehow all interlock, must be done, are important, should be chosen according to inspiration, not according to how I get my rent / life paid best. Migration only by space/opportunity, otherwise too many people will be disappointed/frustrated/"criminal".
Work MUST be worthwhile, only really needy would get citizen money, lazy NOTHING.
