I would like to see improved transport connections, especially rail transport, by increasing frequencies, reducing travel times and including new journeys and destinations, especially as regards the rail connections of the Ppen nsule ib rica to the rest of Europe. At present, the train services connecting Espa to and Portugal and the rest of the EU’s PS are m ‘nimos’ or ‘pr’ null and void, and it is even impossible to travel by train between Lisbon and Madrid (when the distance is just 600 km), if CO2 emissions are to be reduced, we must strive to replace the aircraft with sustainable transport, and this is feasible if a serious investment is made in the train.

The foreseeable future of the EU is still unknown. However, I imagine it as an era of equal rights for all European citizens. However, I believe that there are certain problems that need to be addressed. On the one hand, climate change, which is one of the biggest problems today. If we do not change our behaviour in this respect, we will see harsher commodity shortages by 2040. On the other hand, we must develop our policies from a global perspective, not forgetting third countries, because progress is needed everywhere in order to make progress.

A better future would NOT be unjust, racism and war...

My better future versión is this one. A world filled woth skyscrappers that allows many people live withoout taking up much space since earth will probably be overpopulated and with little area many people will be able to live. A future with flying cars that's eco-friendly and uses solar or another renewal energy as its main source of power. My future is filled with equality where the hassle ceiling doesn't exist anymore and us women have the same rights a wold woth the same educational system so everyone gets the same chances where health is priority and the Spanish health care system is not only in Spain but in the whole world, a place where overpackaging isn't an issue anymore because of strategies such as the pfand system, neither is recycling a problem because everyone cares about the planet. Moreover a place with solidarity and friendship beaceue of the quality of education. An issue that is important to me the issue of the climate change whcih is melting the poles this could have a huge impact in everyone's life's because of it huge cities could disappear; the island in which I live could disappear. I would love that this could stop however this depends on many factors and I think my prospect of a better future could help the cause. However non this will take place if don't take action because 2040 isn't that far way and us humans are the only ones who can save everything.

Hello I am an architect who has just graduated from university. I am not going to write stereotypes so that there are more technology and flying cars. Technology is already developing and new discoveries are being made every day. My dream is to ask technology and nature to do something together without being considered separately. Yes, I am an architect. I want to make the designs of my dreams come true, but I fear within nature. There are a lot of renewable projects currently in place, but there are very few of them, because many profitable investors find it cost-effective, so they avoid it. I want this to come to life more in the projects to be done, and I want it to become a necessity for our future, not by will. Unfortunately, it's very difficult for the country I live in, because I hope it's not just in my mind to make it happen when I can't even get a job here. My greatest wealth, my dreams and dreams deserve to come true someday.

Now approaching half of the 21st century, radical changes have taken place in many areas of society. Of course, particular attention was paid to the 16th Sustainable Development Goal: The concept of law is the new point of reference for every decision in every sector of society. In particular, justice is now being properly administered, new fairer laws have been declared, all citizens are given equal opportunities. Societies are healthy, without being affected by tensions, so governments can devote their work to fighting climate change. Climate change is the most challenging challenge facing Europe and the planet. Significant, drastic efforts are being made, but it is already slow. Fortunately, all countries have joined forces, putting saving the planet as the primary goal.

I would like a better world without wars and poor countries. It is not fair that some people or regions in the world have a lot of things (money, food, energy, resources basically) and another ones have not got anything.

In 2040, I will be in my early sixties. I do not know what my personal or professional life will be like, what I dream on though, is living in a world where climate crisis will be smaller and not that threatening to future generations.

I wanted a world where I and my family could live in a happy, healthy, prosperous world, without professional anxiety, without stress of living, without fear of war. I would like a future where people are equal, where the system of justice lies within humanitarian values, where the animals are very healthy, without being exposed to carbon dioxide, a future without starvation, dehydration, and persecution.

In 2040, the technology progressed to people without harming people, people should be more respectful and helpful. The young population should have a system of education that will be directed towards more useful activities and habits and reduce the tendency towards bad habits. The projects that are close to halting the harm to nature and the environment have improved, and the respect for teachers and the family co-operation in schools should be improved, and school family co-operation should be an advanced generation of teaching.
