Technology will evolve visually, but in order to avoid pollution from the electricity that is needed to make more and better devices work, each of us must contribute to the reduction of emissions so as to ensure the advancement of electronic devices by reducing pollution.

What I think will change and improve in the future is medicine. With new studies, new breakthroughs, both technological and scientific, it will be possible to improve treatment techniques and reduce incurable diseases.

I would like my future to be different from what I am living now, but I do not want to change too much. Living in an apartment in the centre of the city where I will live, work every day, so that I always have something to do with my colleagues. The world will have changed radically after having left a long pandemic and war that can be seen as the third and one of the most devastating economic ones. Together with the decline in the economy, technology will also be blocked, almost falling back and then recovering. If the world was controlled by technology in 2020 and even school classes were held thanks to computers, iPad and mobile phones, making technology almost a danger to human identity, it will have found solutions in 2040, both to slow down technological development and also to many of the problems such as climate, because even if we think it is a long-term dilemma, it will come before or later that day. In order to be able to continue living in the world, you sometimes need to return to their origins when you still used the card. The map will change because a war leads to others and peace does not bring things back as they were before.

In 2 040, I imagine that all houses have become green and sustainable, as I am not afraid to pollute in my home, igniting light, because it has solar panels on the roof that provide me with enough energy to complete all my factories. In addition, almost all the spaces where I spend most of the time will have become sustainable, the state building so many green spaces; houses and buildings will have been modified with solar panels on the roof of each one, more or less powerful; and the machines will become fully electric. Public transport has also changed, instead of the old train or bus, now who wants to take the courier, will go to a new, clean and, above all, green road transport. Cities will be cleaned, malicious buildings will be destroyed and companies of different types have been rebuilt over rubble. Many jobs will also have been developed to deal with STEAM and unemployment has become almost nothing, as new companies have emerged that export abroad, and poverty is decreasing across the globe and, even in countries that are lagging behind, social distinctions are increasingly blurring. Migration has decreased, as wars have been stopped with the alliance of the various states, in order to achieve public peace. I will work for an IT company that develops drones to transport food or clothing to the individual’s home, which has just bought online and new modes of communication have also emerged, so technology is increasingly surprising every year.

As an argument, I have chosen to consider cars, in particular to imagine that in the future only autonomous vehicles capable of satisfying the main transport capacities of a ‘traditional’ machine may be used.

I assume that in the coming decades scientific research, and consequently technologies, will become more advanced and new rules of our universe will be discovered. The advanced technologies that are currently only experimental will be able to help citizens from a medical health point of view. An intrinsic property of this advancement in human science is the increase in the quality of the education system. As the proposed future is set in 2040, the 2030 Agenda will have been finalised. This leads to the possibility of a decrease in global warming. I honestly don't think that in the future our society will be totally correct and morally perfect. Such a society has never existed in all of human history, so I doubt that in the next 20 years we would be able to build it. From a purely economic point of view, there is a possibility that in the future trade power will be more evenly distributed across the globe, as the populations of many nations are still developing. It is, however, possible that much of the economic power will still be in China's possession. Economic development would also lead to more jobs and improved country-to-country migration conditions.

In my view, a better future would be a future with more job opportunities and be able to follow your dreams without any restrictions imposed by the impossibility of inventing new jobs. It is enough to take as an example the work of influencer, who is now becoming increasingly important, is being carried out by many people who want to be heard by more people, and this was not present a long time ago, and I am therefore linked to the initial speech or that a better future would in my view be if more job opportunities were developed.

In 17 years’ time, I would like the world to be a better place to turn without fear of being tried or assaulted. A place where everything is in balance, especially when it comes to climate. In 17 years’ time, I would like diesel or petrol machines to be abolished, emissions from factories reduced and nature being green to become more efficient in cities. I would like platforms to be curated so as to support impact mobility 0, and I would like all houses to have a level A or higher, so as to preserve the environment.

In 2040, in 18 I would like the world to be completely different, but I would particularly like to see machines or means of road transport being abolished forever in the future. Indeed, my future is also about the past, because I would like to live in a way in which animals are ‘used’, but to use in a positive sense, in my view the animal in general and in the world was born not only as a companion to humans but also to help them. Indeed, I would like to live in a world where machines are replaced by, for example, coaches with horses or elephants or camels depending on the place in the world in which you are located. However, this does not mean that all means of transport should be abolished, because aircraft or trains or vessels cannot be replaced by animals, including for their welfare. So in the future I would like to “use” animals, but always in their respect, to change the world: both in the climate field, because this would lead to a reduction in pollution and thus help and stop climate change and in the cultural field, because I believe that using all the means that we can have to survive, without always inventing something new, can help people to organise themselves and open up their mind-set.

For me, my future should be better than what is happening today. In my view, one aspect that should improve is friendship. Nowadays, many people are victims of joints and are also taken around and ultimately take wrong actions towards themselves and others. In my view, this could also be improved in 2040 because I hope that a new way of living in society and a new way of dealing with people in friendship will be achieved.

In my future, I will be an independent woman who will have found her right way of life in a world where technology will find great prosperity.
