Inside the first self-sustainable city on Mars - by ABIBOO studio
Inside the first self-sustainable city on Mars - by ABIBOO studio
Construction of the city of Nüwa could start in 2054 and will see 250,000 people live inside the rock of a steep cliff. Freeze my body, melt me in 80 years, and send me to Mars. Architecture studio ABIBOO has revealed its plans to create the first self-sustainable city on the Red Planet, which is set to be ready for residents in 2100. The city will be called Nüwa and will be located at Tempe Mensa on one of the Martian cliffs. Its position inside a rock on the steep cliff will protect its residents from radiation and meteorites (cool!) while still giving them

Moving to a new location
Moving to a new location
I need to move house. It's a easy transition from one area to another with a good availability of houses and apartments at reasonable prices to either buy or rent. I have to move to a new local GP which is done by the the HSE with my records transferring using one application.
Healthy foods
Healthy foods
The food gets cheaper and more qualitative. They stop adding unknown cemicals to food. They allow people who have farms or orchards to sell products off the field. There is a sugar quota… they add less sugar everywhere and ban some of the more unhealthy sugary things like sodas. The fitness centres are available to everyone and can be subscribed for as long as one wants and not binding people to them for half a year or more.
Klima First!
Klima First!
In 2040, I would like to see a climate policy to improve our climate and no more sham debates. This includes climate-friendly mobility, perhaps with hydrogen-powered vehicles. Personally, I hope that I will still be fit and healthy enough in 20 years' time to be able to go on outings with my grandchildren.
Christliches Deutschland im Umbruch
Christliches Deutschland im Umbruch
Real democracy, a Germany where Christian values are upheld, where Islam no longer plays a role because most "skilled workers" have left the country again. Germany is flourishing again, people are inventing and producing again, work is worthwhile again and you can walk through the station in the evening without fear. We don't have to eat insects and no one dictates whether and how much Leusch can be eaten. Nothing can be sprayed in the sky anymore, we can breathe freely and don't have these headaches almost every day...
Dark dark future
Dark dark future
People no longer travel by plane, but by other, more personal means of transport. Water will be a problem, because its reserves have been exhausted, although devices have already been developed that extract water from the air, but it has deteriorated the air quality so much in big cities that people had to move away from them many years ago. New natural resources have been found in nature, which has eased people's food shortages. Many millions of people have died from new deadly epidemics that are developed in laboratories and are also developing in nature. Apartments have been built on the moon where people go on vacation. A few satellites are still searching for a permanently habitable planet. The thickness of the atmosphere has been improved, although it is really thin, many people also die from the cancers caused by it. Money has lost its value, new payment methods have been developed.

Oh yes, luckily everything turned out well again. Back then, my dear granddaughter, things looked bad in Germany and the world. The only really nice thing in 2025 was your birth. Oh, how happy we were. And we are still happy for you and your brother and your two cousins, who were born a little later. But you wanted to know what it was like back then. Back then, we had to vote at short notice in Germany, there were quarrels within the old government. And then the shock - because the elections didn't turn out as originally expected. There was a lot of trouble within the parties, one party was so divided that it disbanded. What a stroke of luck for humanity and especially for Germany. Yes, I know you shake your head at so much stupidity today, but people were actually dissatisfied and therefore backed the wrong horse. Back then, there was a war between Russia and Ukraine. Fortunately for all of us, a ceasefire was initially achieved with the help of Europe. The President of the United States at the time, who had no idea about politics, almost triggered the Third World War. But then Europe came together and formed a strong unit, which didn't impress the president very much. You shouldn't speak ill of the dead, but in this case it was the best thing that could have happened to the world, because this man suffered a heart attack and died before he could do any worse. At last something changed for the better in the world and in Germany, too, tax money was no longer wasted. I could tell you stories about the nonsensical things cities and municipalities did with tax money. But you wouldn't believe that. It's also too far-fetched. But now, look how nice the cities look, lots of greenery and little car traffic in the city centers. Isn't it also nice that everyone can borrow a very small e-car instead of an e-scooter to get around town? And it can even be folded up, like mini folding bikes used to be. But you don't even know them anymore. This tiny e-car doesn't go fast, so you can drive it without a license. The car industry, which was almost at the end of its tether back then, has changed tack. And look at these wheelchairs that follow patients around. That's a delight. Now even sick and old people can walk a few steps and then sit down again. And in your school everything is digital, no more 1000 copies, although you had books, but I still think it's great that the books have remained in paper form. It's also wonderful that the daily newspapers still exist. It's incredibly nice that you were taught at school how important it is to get information in a serious way. And it's great that social media is only available from the age of 18. And people now take a closer look and don't spread as much crap as they did 15 years ago. But the best thing of all is that wars and unrest in the world are a thing of the past. Instead of rattling sabres, people talk to each other, instead of just having their cell phones in front of their eyes (and that was actually the case. Some people couldn't be without their cell phones for an hour), people talk and discuss and play.
Minun tulevaisuuteni
Minun tulevaisuuteni
I would have found the perfect job where I could fulfil my dreams. A job where my opinion mattered and where I could work with people who were like me. I would have a job as a teacher, teaching future carers what it means to be present and to listen. My husband would be retired by now and we would look forward to the time when we could be retired together and just enjoy each other's company. I would soon be retiring and I would have a cottage somewhere by the sea with a lovely pier and a big sauna to lie on and enjoy the sunbathing. In the evenings I would sit on the pier with a tea-mug and watch the sea. I would be debt free and have money to do things that matter to me and I could travel and see the world. I would have built up a little nest egg to live in the moment and do things I enjoy. My family and friends would be well and doing well.
Czas na oświecenie
Czas na oświecenie
I imagine that in 2040, most people will be driving around in zero-emission cars, we will wise up and plant forests instead of cutting them down! We'll eat less meat, and we'll start repairing appliances and clothes again rather than making new ones! I dream that people will be more empathetic and directed at other people and not at things. We will focus our attention on our inner self and not on the shell we wear. We will return to the wisdom of our ancestors, which we are heavily disregarding at the moment.
Jasna przyszłość Europy po dekarbonizacji
Jasna przyszłość Europy po dekarbonizacji
The decarbonization of industry has left Europe without a source of electricity. The construction of a fusion power plant is further in its infancy, the greens have led to the closure of most nuclear power plants. Electricity is there when the wind blows or the sun shines. The continent has become virtually 100% dependent on supplies from Asia and North America (industrial goods) and South America (agricultural goods).
Frieden und Gerechtigkeit
Frieden und Gerechtigkeit
Peace will soon reign throughout the world. Everyone will understand that wars are bad. Groups and people like the AfD or Donald Trump will go down in the history books as inexplicable bizarre aberrations. Finally, much more will be done consistently to tackle climate change. Care will be guaranteed for everyone and family carers in particular will receive much more support. The wave of immigration will subside by improving the quality of life in the countries of origin. Criminals will be punished more severely and consistently deported or imprisoned.
Sustainability

I see a very big potential for improving our sustainable supply chain Are expected corporations of this purchase business to do so in a way that does not complete the words resources that finds a way to source role materials without harming the environment by your diversity human rights and scarcity of resources. To reflect the Higher prices for consumers, but it will drive a change for the best
Tillbaka till framtiden.
Tillbaka till framtiden.
I would like to see a clearer cultural and physical demarcation. A world with less social interaction where you instead get to experience things through people talking and communicating directly with each other. You get to travel around and discover good and bad things yourself. Today, you should always have everything. People do not feel good about this and if everything is mixed, you lose the uniqueness. We need to go back and protect what makes Swedes Swedes etc... development is always needed but it is the village that slowly steers it on the right course. Not a few individual residents who do what they want. We need to be more sensible and question people and their motives. Reality has shown that it is not enough to ask and wait for an answer. Some people will do anything to get what they want for themselves, regardless of whether it destroys others. Some just want to have without being prepared or willing to give back to society. Even worse, some are so brainwashed that it is not even done with malicious intent but they really believe that it is right. They completely lack critical thinking because they read a single book.
