Inside the first self-sustainable city on Mars - by ABIBOO studio
Construction of the city of Nüwa could start in 2054 and will see 250,000 people live inside the rock of a steep cliff. Freeze my body, melt me in 80 years, and send me to Mars. Architecture studio ABIBOO has revealed its plans to create the first self-sustainable city on the Red Planet, which is set to be ready for residents in 2100. The city will be called Nüwa and will be located at Tempe Mensa on one of the Martian cliffs. Its position inside a rock on the steep cliff will protect its residents from radiation and meteorites (cool!) while still giving them

Future 2040
In 2040, I envision a world where renewable energy powers everything, making fossil fuels obsolete. Solar, wind, and fusion energy provide clean, limitless power, reducing pollution and reversing climate change. Cities are lush with greenery, vertical gardens covering skyscrapers, and self-sustaining communities thriving on sustainable practices.
Transportation is fully electric, with autonomous vehicles eliminating traffic and accidents. High-speed trains connect global cities, making air travel less necessary. Technology enhances daily life without invading privacy—AI assistants help but don’t control, and data security is a priority.
Education is accessible to all, with virtual reality classrooms bringing knowledge to every corner of the world. Healthcare is personalized, with AI-driven diagnostics and gene therapy curing diseases before they start. Society values well-being over profit, ensuring equality in wealth, education, and opportunity. This future is not just possible—it’s necessary, and we must start building it today.
Politický kolotoč.
The government leaders of the developed countries will finally come to their senses and find a way to reconciliation. But it is also up to the voters which government leaders they choose. This means that the voters must also start voting with reason. Which, of course, doesn't matter in the end, because most newly elected politicians will change during their term. They forget their promises and the voters feel cheated again, for the umpteenth time. Consequently, people will not change. Neither those who want to govern, nor those who elect them.
Křesťanská Evropa
The biggest problem in Europe today are the totally dumbed down politicians who have decided to destroy Europe by moving in scum from all over the world, mostly African, who will never accept our way of life and just want to squeeze Europe and have a good time. Our ancestors worked hard, sacrificed a lot of things, including their lives, so that we, their descendants, could have a better life, and our mocipes decided to destroy all this with a flood of inadaptables, mostly Muslim ( nota bene , do you know when all the European nobility first came together as one man ? when they decided to defy the sprawling Turk and kicked him out of Christian Europe) existence . Everything else like high prices , warming the planet and other problems are solvable but unless something is done about these migrants , Europe as we know it is over and the dark ages will come again like the Middle Ages .
Evropa čez 25 let
Over the next five years, Europe will recover from the energy crisis and accelerate the transition to nuclear and renewable energy. Artificial intelligence will largely automate industry. Massive protests will ensue over job losses. The European Union will expand into the Balkans. However, there will still be significant regional disparities. Climate change will increasingly affect extreme weather events such as droughts, floods, hail, etc. Migration will increase, which will increase political tensions, European discontent, violence,...
Vehicles will become autonomous, as will homes, towns and cities. Europe will become a leader in quantum computing and biotechnology. The European Union and China will be leaders in technological innovation. America will start to lose its influence in Europe.
The governance of most things will start to raise questions of human identity.
Europe will remain stable politically and economically. New forms of control will emerge, but this does not necessarily mean a better future for the population.
Rok 2040 - lepší budoucnost pro všechny
Imagine 2040 - a world where technology serves people, working conditions are fair and everyone has the opportunity to develop their potential. Automation and artificial intelligence are not taking our jobs away, but helping us focus on what's really important - creativity, caring for others and innovation. The work environment is fair, promoting work-life balance, with an emphasis on mental well-being and flexibility.
Moja bujna mašta
In 2050, technology has promoted health and health care. Classrooms were virtual, with employees working in holographic suites. AI health monitors ensured that workers remained active, encouraging their sub-workers to keep themselves clean and healthy. Personalised nutrition is delivered by drones, optimised for each person's DNA. With robotic assistants to take care of daily tasks, people are focused on creative and strategic thinking, which has led to a healthier balance between business and private life. Posao više nije značio stress, već priliku za rast i blagodostanje.
Dokonalosť
The world will be better organised, there will be systems for everything. It will be directed towards the welfare of the end customers, and those are always just people. People will be more considerate. There will be more rules. There will be a problem if you deviate from what is expected of you. Suffering will disappear. There will be a higher level of caring for people, but at the cost of having to obey. Nature will be for compulsory admiration. It will be like a huge sanitarium. It will be similar in manufacturing enterprises and companies. Everything will be sorted out, almost perfect, but boring. Small original communities will be ennobled.
Města v rovnováze s přírodním světem
The sun slowly rises over Prague, its rays reflecting off the green roofs of buildings covered with solar panels and gardens. I wake up in my smart home, which automatically optimises temperature and air quality based on my needs. The clothes I wear are made from biodegradable materials, designed to be easily recycled when worn.
On my way to work, I ride in an autonomous hydrogen bus that moves quietly through traffic-free streets. By 2035, stringent measures to limit emissions have been introduced across the EU, and massive investment in renewable energy has transformed cities into self-sufficient ecosystems.
Today, I'm free to take a short trip - a hyperloop will take me to Berlin in 30 minutes. Travelling between European capitals is now cheap, green and accessible to all. I think about how much the world has changed in the last 25 years: the climate crisis has forced humanity to act, technology has brought solutions and we have finally found a balance between progress and nature.
Balanced life in 2040
In 2040 people found the peace and most importantly the balance between work and life. With all the new technology and the things that AI can do, people work less and less, and they’re happier than ever. They learn new things everyday, they focus on what’s really important. Most importantly, there are so many cures found thanks to the AI. There is a medicine for cancer - now the most dangerous sickness in 2020 is like the flu. There is a medicine for dogs - now their lifespan is over 30.
A alegria da escola
Education would be tailored to the interests of each child and there would be subjects and courses geared towards what each child and young person wants to learn and/or perfect
Education would be taken with more responsibility and more joy and everyone would go to school happier and there would be no high failure rates and all the professions of the future would gain better professionals
Evropa
A strong and economically stable Europe. Safe, free of the free-riders who suck it dry and abuse its softness, ignoring not only morals but laws, stealing, murdering and raping. And by that I mean Arab economic migrants specifically. So that Europe can compete with Russia and America.
A Europe with a strong and self-sufficient army, without nonsense like regulations on what butter or rum should be called. And where one is not afraid to speak one's mind and not be corrected when one uses only 3 genders and only recognizes the biological sexes.
So that the European Parliament can be useful and not just a newsagent's shop where people blather on and receive fat bonuses.
