January of the year 2040 arrived. Much has changed since 2025. Everything is much more digital, the screens occupy a large part of the surfaces where there were other materials before. It is true that now everything arrives before, the information, the purchases, everything is communicated with everything, it is a great advance. There are small populations on the Moon (only the richest and wealthiest on planet Earth travel). The comide has changed a lot, now more presence of artificial food, manufactured by machines, not as before the earth gave us these delicacies. But not everything is good. Now people are more lonely. Communications are usually virtual and few personal. This brings losses of values, a great loss. Natural food tasted better and was more pleasant to eat. The future is here to stay, but not everything is good. I don't think we're on the right track. We should do better because the future is uncertain and if we do not take care that it is improved we can end very badly.

I imagine a future in which employment policies prioritize through tax cuts and benefits to companies for hiring employees at risk of exclusion, eliminate ageism from the employment system (if I have to contribute up to 65 or more years and I can not work from 40 years as that is done), that companies are more socially empathetic (you can not ask for work experience from newly graduated people or some other reason, but they will always work the same) combining AI with professions trying to maintain the necessary jobs for the worker and not favoring that machines or computers do it. And above all boosting Europe and its needs, collaborating with other coherent countries that want to promote mutual well-being and not take advantage of others for narcissistic interests

There is justice in the world. No more wars. The Netherlands is once again independent and self-sufficient in terms of food supply, oil and gas and, if possible, its own currency.
