La tecnologia ha fatto passi insperati dal 2025, oggi possiamo vivere 300 anni con l'aspetto di un ventenne, non c'è bisogno di lavorare i robot lavoro e creano economia per noi. Il teletrasporto è ormai una solida realtà, il prossimo futuro passo è raggiungere l'immortalità. Ci siamo quasi ad essere eterni.

Vi har et samfund, hvor de unge er fri for den angst, der prægede de unge i 2025. Der er fortsat gratis uddannelse til alle, det vil det. Vores sygehusvæsen er tilført flere ressourcer og fungerer mere effektivt. Det er nok tid til at tage sig ordentligt af de syge patienter. De forskellige behandlere i primær og sekundær sektoren samt kommunernes plejepersonale taler meget sammen og deler informationer om den enkelte patient, så ingen patient bliver tabt i sektorovergange eller mellem behandlere. Det er en fornøjelse og en glæde at bo på plejehjem. Der er fred i verdenen, og vi bruger ikke længere milliarder på krig, krudt og kugler. Vi oplever, at politikere, der virkelig har lavet noget ulovligt, bliver holdt ansvarlig for deres gerninger. Fx kan de i fremtiden ikke for lov til at give ordre om noget, hvor lovgivningen ikke er på plads (tænk på minkskandalen under Covid). Vi kan rejse frit rundt i verdenen uden frygt for politisk uro, krig og smitte med alvorlige sygdomme. Alle, der kan arbejde, arbejder efter evne og ydet sit til samfundet. Snyd for sociale midler findes ikke. Korruption eksisterer ikke. Alle har en rimelig levestandard. Arbejdspladserne er flexible i forhold til at få work-/life balance til at fungere.

I would like the world to have arrived at a state of well-being for as many people as possible, with less and less pollution due to improved disposal technologies, less processed food on the tables, honest and accessible health care, higher wages, an end to totalitarianism and principles of solidarity among peoples.

It's 2040, and finally Europe has become a single, unified state, where there are no better or worse - every person has the right to shape his or her life as best he or she can. Borders have been abolished and all citizens can live anywhere. They live in peace, respecting the diversity and cultural differences of the members of the united State. They feel spiritually richer due to the fact that people of different religions, skin color or sexual preferences live side by side. Thanks to unification, Europe has become a strong state with great importance in the international arena. Its citizens no longer have to tremble for their future and fear the aggression of opponents. The lack of borders and the free market has allowed economic development. Because people live better, so they can invest in the development of science and culture. Higher social consciousness translates into care for the environment. The old "Green Deal" has ceased to be an empty slogan, and has become a signpost that people follow to preserve the biodiversity of our planet, improve the cleanliness of the land, rivers and air. This is the new world we want to pass on to our children.
