Mental Health freedom

This image was generated with Dream Studio AI.

In 2040, I imagine a world where mental health is no longer a taboo subject, but rather an integral part of daily life. Over the past two decades, society has shifted from seeing mental health as a personal burden to recognizing it as a collective responsibility. Access to mental health care has become universal, and everyone—from children to the elderly—receives support as easily as they would for any physical ailment.

Therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals are now embedded in schools, workplaces, and communities. Digital platforms have evolved into fully personalized care systems, offering real-time support with AI-driven tools that help people track their emotional well-being. There’s no more stigma attached to seeking help, and in fact, emotional wellness is seen as a key pillar of personal success, just as much as physical health.

In this future, people of all backgrounds feel empowered to speak openly about their struggles, knowing that their mental health is valued and prioritized. The result is a more empathetic and resilient society, where people not only survive, but thrive emotionally. This world feels connected, supportive, and hopeful—no longer isolated by mental health challenges, but united in caring for each other’s minds as much as their bodies.

The future would be colorful and colorful, the main topics in society would be respect, empathy and communication. The environment would not be filled with competition, beauty and perfection, but by emphasizing the individuality of the individual. From materialism to minimalism, people would be accepted as they are. The company would like to address the ecological crisis in a targeted manner.

Mon rêve pour les nations
I hope that nations will have understood that borders are indispensable for the survival of peoples, and must be re-established. I also hope that the European Commission will no longer be corrupt (we can dream...) or phagocytized by a corrupt woman and her minions. I hope that the national peoples will understand that it is up to them, and only them, to decide their future. Europe is just a continent, it is the countries that matter and must be sovereign at home. I would like, when I travel, to be able to do it safely, and discover the particularities of each country, without being in a standardized universe, otherwise, what interest is there in traveling? I would like countries to protect themselves and their nationals, and we should no longer be seen as the trash can of the world, where we can send all waste, whatever it may be. Let nature, animals, be respected and no longer exploited for the benefit of a minority that sees itself as an elite.

I think that European life and people in 2040 will be completely different from what they are today. I will in principle be 86 years old, and I believe that if I go out again I will no longer recognise the places I know as they are today. With the immigration of people from communities and religions different from ours, which is growing at a very high rate, it will be necessary to share work and wealth so that everyone lives decently and intelligently. But can I still say that the future of the generations of my children, grandchildren and others anguish me a lot, and that I am not the only one who thinks so?

Utopia is important because it allows us to hope ... Let's imagine! it's spring and the small flowers, violets, pikelets, blueberries, worries..., decorate our gardens without pesticides, without fertilizer because the soil, well worked for years no longer needs all these artificial aids. And children, teenagers run into this garden. They are at peace, they are good because their parents have instilled in them the essential rules of life in society. And the school has trained them by teaching them, not, ready-made formulas that it is enough to know by heart, no, by giving them the opportunity to train in everyday life with the help of the oldest who share their knowledge. And on their plates, at meals, they eat vegetables grown near their homes by responsible farmers. No more ready-made dishes bought in the super markets, almost all of which have disappeared or, at the very least, have changed the way they sell... Utopia!!
