The way to the future: Day in 2050

One sunny morning in the summer of 2050, Eva woke up in her cozy, eco-designed house in Bratislava. Over the past 25 years, Europe has changed beyond recognition. From 2025 until now, big cities have turned into green metropolises full of parks and community gardens. The air was clean, the traffic was electrified, and all the buildings were energy self-sufficient.

Thanks to 5G technology and artificial intelligence, she had a very flexible job and solved most of the tasks from home. Today, however, she had a scheduled meeting with colleagues at a recently opened research centre.
