One major change would be in the education system. Up to the sixth form, teaching would be as usual, except that a pupil would be assigned a personal teacher, specially trained for young children and young people, who would explain difficult subjects to them if necessary. From grade 6 onwards, each pupil, taking into account his future plans and personal interests, would draw up his own personal timetable, with optional subjects, and, if necessary, professional help and support in drawing it up. This would give him or her a better preparation for studying the desired profession. The fact that the student draws up his/her own timetable would give him/her more motivation to learn. Some classes or courses could be online, giving the possibility of a flexible timetable. Once a student reaches upper secondary level, he or she would have the choice between a regular programme of classes, with electives and a flexible timetable, or an intensive programme over one year. This would give the opportunity for inquisitive students, including those who go on to university, to enter the labour market earlier, for example medical students. Schools and classes would be equipped according to the specific needs of age groups. These are just some of the changes that would take place in the education system.

Harmonia przyszłości
The year is 2040, and the world is quiet, but full of new possibilities. There are no more traffic jams in cities, and the air is cleaner than ever before, thanks to advanced atmospheric cleaning technology. People travel the streets in zero-emission vehicles that float above the surface thanks to magnetism. Homes are energy self-sufficient, and CO2-absorbing water and air technology have become the norm. Between 2025 and 2040, humanity realized the dream of global cooperation in the fight against climate change. Breakthroughs in renewable energy have made it possible to become completely independent of fossil fuels. Societies have become more sustainable, and inequalities have begun to erode, thanks to equality in access to technology and resources. While much has changed, the challenge still remains the human psyche. Technologies can improve our lives, but the real change is the ability to live in harmony with each other and the planet. The future is not only about innovation, but also internal transformation.

Apokalipse

In 2040, we are paying much more attention to environmental and climate issues. We are also feeling the changes on our own skin - we are not able to cool our homes and workplaces to comfortable temperatures because we do not have enough electricity to do so. We work much less than we do today. 5x8h / week is a thing of the past, now we work 3 days a week, we have more time for self-development, volunteering, taking care of the neighborhood. We are facing great migratory pressure. Further we don't know what to do about it. Every country has its own idea about it.

In 2040 I would like Europe to finally be a federal state, with salaries aligned between countries, a common defence, a common green deal spending and a single administrative/migrant flow policy and economy. Finally there will be no more thermal engines but only pure electric and hydrogen
